ready to bolt

After multiple colds & gunky weather I may fly the coup and head south for warmer weather.  If I get enough energy to leave, I am not sure when I will return.  At this point indefinitely.  If you see these two on the evening news you will know we’ve left.

Majority rules, illustration is the winner.  I will let you know when they are done!!  Thanks so much
for everyones feedback.  It really helped me so much.  Sometimes it is hard to separate yourself from your own work so THANK YOU!  I will make good on my promise 🙂  I am going through the second child with a nasty stomach bug, have I mentioned how much I hate stomach bugs?  HATE THEM…..
I need to keep reminding myself it could be a lot worse, sorry to complain.

ps- if your interested the original  don’t let go paper cut will be available (framed)  for purchase at the spring Beehive Bazaar.  If you want it let me know & I can sale it to you for 20% less.  The bazaar has some seriously cool stuff, I know its in provo but it is worth the trek.  You can also hit In & Out which is a double bonus. Just don’t go opening night or you will be trampled by coeds.

Here is something in the works because I hate posts without pictures. It will be a paper cut eventually too, if your wondering.

Please help me decide, majority wins.  I may even do a giveaway once the prints are ready, I will include your name twice in it if you help me decide 🙂

I don’t know what I would do if the women in my life ever
stopped caring about me. I am definitely a girls girl.

summer wear in the middle of winter & pleasure in little brothers pain.
There is only 1 summer floaty and it is in fact Esmae’s but Abe managed
to let out a “eeeeese” through the sorrow.  Were can I buy another floaty
in the middle of winter? Oh yeah & my new name according to Es is life guard.
Is it because I look like a cute teenage girl with a glorious tan? I don’t think so,
but I can pretend as well as she can.

The Boyfriend

Whenever I wear my boyfriend jeans someone usually

asks me if I’ve lost weight.  Who me? The truth is
quite different, but I’ll let the jeans do the talking.
Now if only they could design a boyfriend swimsuit that
would create the same illusion.

The Cove

We watched the movie The Cove this weekend.  It was really good.  I’ve never  been that into dolphins.  Maybe it was the early 90’s dolphin craze that produced bad art,  bad t-shirts & the token dolphin ankle tattoo that turned me off.  But after viewing this movie I realized what incredible creatures they really are.  It’s a documentary about this little town in Japan that for political & economical reasons slaughter 23,000 dolphins every year.  It was eye opening & showed that through out history it is the passion of men that really brings about change, not committees or boards.  I hate to think about how much time is wasted in the way our government & others run. Pick it up at your nearest red box.

I am already sick of dreary winter days so when I saw new spring fashions out at Target I couldn’t help myself.  The end seems closer when your buying spring wear.  I just wish Target had these pants in my size.
